* 3+ years of experience in application support, Tier 2 support, systems analysis, or technical support.
 * Experience supporting enterprise or business applications with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience working directly with users to resolve application issues.
 * SQL/database experience is highly desirable.
 * Experience with Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR, ERP, financial, or government applications is a plus.
 * Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application support issues.
 * Work with users to understand and diagnose problems.
 * Analyze application data and business rules to identify root causes.
 * Coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams when needed.
 * Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
 * Assist with application testing, UAT, enhancements, and reporting.
 * Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
