· 7+ YEARS OF MECHANICAL ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE

· 3+ YEARS ESTIMATING HYPERSCALE DATA CENTERS, MISSION-CRITICAL FACILITIES, OR LARGE INDUSTRIAL EPC PROJECTS

IDENTIFY PROJECT RISKS AND DEVELOP CONTINGENCY RECOMMENDATIONS.

· PARTICIPATE IN VALUE ENGINEERING REVIEWS.

· COORDINATE WITH OPERATIONS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, AND PROCUREMENT TEAMS.

· ATTEND PRE-BID MEETINGS AND CLIENT ESTIMATE REVIEWS.

· ASSIST WITH BID CLARIFICATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS.

· SUPPORT CHANGE ORDER PRICING DURING PROJECT EXECUTION.

· MAINTAIN HISTORICAL ESTIMATING DATABASES.

· ENSURE ESTIMATES COMPLY WITH COMPANY ESTIMATING PROCEDURES AND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.

EXPERIENCE ESTIMATING PROJECTS EXCEEDING $25 MILLION IN ELECTRICAL VALUE

· STRONG BLUEPRINT AND SPECIFICATION INTERPRETATION SKILLS

· ADVANCED QUANTITY TAKEOFF EXPERIENCE

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SEVERAL OF THE FOLLOWING:

· ACCUBID ENTERPRISE

· ACCUBID ANYWHERE

· CONEST

· BLUEBEAM REVU

· NAVISWORKS
