Preferred Qualifications * CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity certification. * Experience supporting federal or DOE cybersecurity programs. * Experience developing cybersecurity policies, SOPs, security plans, or organizational directives. * Experience with cybersecurity process improvement and IT infrastructure. Security Clearance DOE Q Clearance is required. Personnel must have the ability to obtain a DOE Facility Clearance. Reciprocity with an existing Department of Defense clearance may be used while DOE clearance adjudication is evaluated. ## Description Horizon Global Partners (HgP) is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to support the Department of Energy (DOE), Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Mission Support Division. The Cybersecurity Specialist will provide cybersecurity program oversight, compliance reviews, security assessments, policy development, and cybersecurity process improvement in classified and unclassified environments.
