The program provides a range of IT services, including software application support, enterprise infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, deskside support, workstation engineering and maintenance, telecommunications and mobility engineering services, managed print services, Active Directory services, and video conferencing. The program has a DevOps team which provides software development and operations and maintenance support for a variety of ATF software systems and custom software applications; these needs are growing, and we are expanding this team. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate system requirements with technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels.
