About the team: The Industrial Engineering and Program Management team is a lean group of engineers and managers that work with a wide range of technical and business teams to optimize operations and industrialize QuantumScape Battery's revolutionary technology. The team is involved in day-to-day operations and long-term planning. The team utilizes this wide range of knowledge and vision to drive critical programs to completion. What we need: We're looking for a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join our Industrial Engineering and Program Management team. In this role, you will join a team helping QuantumScape to enhance our project capabilities, track and maintain schedules, implement project budgets, and drive projects to completion. Our ambitions are to drive new technology and industrialization programs to bring QuantumScape's battery technology to the global market. This position will manage next generation battery technology programs and cost scaling programs. This is a sophisticated endeavor requiring close coordination of multiple internal teams and outside vendors including Construction, Facilities, EH&S, Machine Design, Process Development, New Product Introduction, Technology Systems, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
