## About the Role

* Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
 * C#
 * ASP.NET Core
 * MSSQL
 * Five (5) plus years of enterprise-level software development, * Has led a team of developers under Microsoft development stack
 * Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS, Angular, Typescript
 * Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)
 * Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar tools
 * Experience setting up, maintaining and using DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks
 * Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for complex systems
 * Two (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***

## Description

* Provide oversight and guidance of the customer-agency's replacement software and make performance improvements.
 * Perform code reviews and testing on new code.
 * Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
 * Cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications.
 * Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.
 * Performs all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.
