Experience coordinating service installation, testing, turn-up, and activation activities. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects or service orders simultaneously. Experience working with technical teams, field operations, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ability to track issues, manage escalations, and drive tasks to completion. Proficiency with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, status reporting, and documentation. Familiarity with VoIP/HVS implementation and network readiness activities. Experience with telecom ordering, provisioning, testing, and service activation workflows. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification preferred but not required. Experience working in a large enterprise telecommunications environment. ## Description The Project Manager will support network service implementation efforts for the OES 911 project and related service delivery initiatives. This role will manage multiple circuit and service implementation activities involving technologies such as AVPN, ASE, ADI, and HVS/VoIP, including coordination of testing, turn-up, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. The contractor will be responsible for driving project execution across various network service orders, ensuring milestones are tracked, dependencies are managed, and services are implemented within expected timelines., Manage end-to-end project activities for network service implementations supporting the OES 911 project. Coordinate delivery of multiple circuit types and services, including: AVPN ASE ADI HVS / VoIP Track project milestones, implementation schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, field resources, technical teams, and customer-facing stakeholders as needed. Support test and turn-up activities for AVPN and related network services. Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, action item logs, implementation plans, and status reports. Identify risks or blockers that may impact delivery timelines and escalate appropriately. Assist with coordination of service readiness, installation activities, and post-implementation follow-up. Support additional implementation work related to HVS/VoIP services and associated network connectivity. Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
