Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendor relationships and cross-functional partnerships with IT. Strong understanding of conversational design principles, chat optimization, and A/B testing methodology. Experience translating product and promotional changes into digital experience requirements. Comfortable working with analytics/reporting tools to track channel performance and identify optimization opportunities. Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on experience leading or supporting conversational AI platform migrations. Experience with ASSAP, Humara, and/or Google's Conversational AI (CCAI) platform strongly preferred Telecom, cable, or subscription services industry experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently in a contract capacity. ## Description Insight Global is looking for a Lead, AI Chatbot to own the day-to-day performance and evolution of our conversational sales channel. This individual will drive ongoing optimization of the chat experience, coordinate changes required by product and promotional updates, and manage the vendor and IT relationships that keep the channel running smoothly. This role calls for a sales-minded leader and doer - someone who obsesses over the customer experience and is relentlessly focused on turning conversations into closed sales. The ideal candidate pairs strong business instincts with a hands-on, get-it-done approach, and is energized by finding and executing the small changes that move conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
