Shepherd work from idea to stable production: * Drive technical discovery and spike work when requirements are ambiguous. * Collaborate with QA and SRE to ensure readiness for peak events (launches, BFCM, campaigns). * Support on-call rotations by helping debug, fix, and prevent incidents in critical revenue paths.
