* CS fundamentals - solid grasp of data structures, system design, and the ability to reason about performance, reliability, and data integrity tradeoffs, * Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools - Cursor, Claude Code, or similar - in real production work
 * BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience
 * 4+ years building web application back-ends - Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar
 * 4+ years building web application front-ends - React, Angular, Vue, or similar
 * Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver without heavy oversight
