This role would suit someone with a solid background in Endpoint Security., * 10+ years' experience in a technical or product role * Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments. * Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly preferred. * Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time. * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships across time zones. Preferred Skills: * Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms. * Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks is a plus. ## Description The Director, Product will be a pivotal member of Arctic Wolf's Product team, focusing on Endpoint Detection and Response. This role will support the strategic goals of Arctic Wolf by enabling product management processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational success.
