In this hands-on role, you'll make sure our customers stay unblocked and that the issues they raise are resolved quickly, accurately, and for good. You'll diagnose and fix complex problems across our platform, deliver improvements that directly address customer needs, and work closely with our Customer Success team to turn technical challenges into great outcomes. As part of a global engineering team providing continuous coverage, you'll bring engineering rigor to the work that customers feel most directly. This is a 100% remote role, but we're primarily looking for candidates based in Massachusetts, Maryland, or Greater Austin, TX.
