Deep understanding of the frameworks under Spring Boot. * 1+ years working within Amazon Web Services systems for development and production applications, with an emphasis on high availability, and scale. * Previous experience with highly regulated SaaS platforms. * Interest in accelerating your development output using AI tools in an effective way, without compromising quality. * Effectively break down larger initiatives, ensuring high standards of accuracy and completeness in deliverables. * Manage complex workloads effectively and provide comprehensive updates. * Proactively address and resolve issues impacting delivery. * Work closely with Technical Project Management to create and maintain the prioritized backlog and schedule for the team. * Demonstrate an inclusive, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic by showing a willingness to participate in daily workloads when needed to make deadlines. * Proactively identify and solve or escalate problems; anticipate potential problems and communicate them effectively without overreacting. * Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to communicate complex topics to larger audiences. * Organizational skills, including the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. This position will work on highly regulated systems on our FedRamp High platform. We are looking for an independent thinker that produces production ready code quickly while maintaining high standards. You will influence the coding practices of the team, perform code reviews, mentor team members, and coordinate with Quality Assurance, Technical Project Management (TPM), and Product Management (PM) peers to deliver high-quality code that solves important business problems in a predictable and repeatable manner. Our services are deployed to AWS Cloud and leverages services approved for FedRamp. You will need experience of the AWS services and configurations. This role will contribute to a combination of brand new initiatives and existing technology upgrades and refactorizations focused on some of the highest value projects in the organization.
