Small team, lots of context-switching, nobody telling you what's next. * Strong written communication. Nice to Have * Satellite ground operations experience. * Government or defense contracting familiarity. * Existing relationships in the satellite operator community. * Background in carrier relations or interconnect (telecom), ground segment or network operations (space), or subcontract and program management (defense). ## Description We're hiring a Ground Network Partnerships Lead for our Ground Segment business to own the operational layer between business development and engineering. In this role. you'll take signed customer agreements and turn them into active, revenue-generating operations, managing vendor relationships, site logistics, and customer onboarding along the way. This is execution, not strategy. Every contract you activate is revenue. Every vendor relationship you manage protects uptime. AnySignal owns and operates ground stations at strategic global locations and integrates with partner networks to give satellite operators reliable, low-cost downlink. You'll be the person who makes that network run as a commercial operation, in a business unit we expect to scale significantly. What You'll Do * Activate customer contracts into live revenue. Coordinate integration timelines, onboarding, and ground network configuration to get customers operational. * Manage vendor and partner relationships. Own the commercial relationships with third-party ground network providers, including contract negotiation, SLAs, capacity planning, and cost tracking. * Support business development. Partner with our BD lead on proposals, pricing, and commercial terms. * Manage ground station site relationships.
