## About the Role

* Associate's in EE/Electronics or related field (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
 * 2+ years in EVSE, power electronics, or field technical support/maintenance.
 * Solid knowledge of:
 + AC/DC power systems: 208/480V 3-phase, low-voltage controls
 + Networking: TCP/IP, OCPP, VPNs, cellular connectivity
 + Safety: NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E
 * Proficient with service/ticketing tools (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred).
 * Strong communicator with customers, electricians, and third-party providers.
 * Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work safely in field environments, and follow procedures.
 * Nice-to-have: EVITP, NABCEP, or OEM EVSE certifications (not mandatory).
