We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most. About the Job As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the execution framework that turns Array Labs' engineering roadmaps and company priorities into delivered programs. You will build and maintain the schedules, dependencies, and milestone structure that keep our satellite missions and government contracts moving on time, and you will resolve the resource conflicts that inevitably arise across a portfolio of concurrent efforts. You will work closely with engineering leadership, functional managers, systems engineering, and responsible engineers, and partner directly with the executive team on prioritization, staffing, and bid decisions. As part of our quickly growing team, you will own the on-time delivery of our mission-critical hardware and software that will significantly improve humanity's ability to rapidly and comprehensively understand our changing planet., * Define and communicate clear program structure, scope, and milestones * Build and maintain schedules for projects and programs * Drive coordination across teams to keep deliverables moving * Identify resource needs and negotiate staffing with functional managers * Surface risks early and propose practical mitigations * Translate engineering roadmaps into concrete release items and execution plans * Support planning for new efforts, including staffing, cost estimates, schedule assumptions, and resource utilization * Help leadership make better prioritization and bid / no-bid decisions ## Related Videos - [JavaScript?
