The Principal React Engineer will play a critical leadership role on a key project for a strategic Lab49 client. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product and UX experts from Lab49and our client. In addition to the Lab49 project team, you will collaborate with client product and engineering stakeholders to guide the discovery and build phase of an exciting new initiative. What you'll be doing: * Partnering with our client to lead the design and build of astructured products tradingUIusing modern web development technology and techniques. You willbe responsible formanagingengineeringdeliverables, and the relationships with other key contributors to deliver great software. * Design, document, and plan for the technical implementation and delivery of working software into production. * Act as a hands-on engineer and architect to support ongoing project work. Lead and activelyparticipatein projects, serving as a role model for project teams and collaborating with other practices to ensure successful outcomes. * Partner with client counterparts and stakeholders tomaintainand build relationships,maintaininga commercial approach. Develop strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner and technical advisor, contributing to expanding our footprint and securing follow-on work. * Partner with the Lab49 business development team to create and deliver compelling pitches, defining problems, captivating clients, presenting solutions, and working out engagement terms. Build and reinforce your professional network through active engagement in industry events and public speaking opportunities. * Contribute to the Interactive Practice: The UI engineering team within Lab49.
