This pivotal role is at the heart of our mission, driving programs that bridge Engineering, Commercial, and Operations. You will partner intensely with world-class engineering teams to deliver the next generation of autonomous-capable construction machinery. This is a hands-on, high impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to shape durable processes that help a fast-growing company scale.
