Preferred qualifications: * 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Experience with generative AI, including Agent Assist, evaluations, and AI agent frameworks. * Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting technical program status to leadership. * Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority to drive technical strategies. * Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage change effectively. ## Description * Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support. * Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise. * Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points. * Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations. * Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures.
