## Description

Provide round-the-clock support for jobs and SSIS packages in production
Monitor data workflows and ETL pipelines troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy fixes and enhancements
Maintain support documentation run books and incident logs
Participate in on call rotations and ensure coverage across all shifts
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards
