Primary Responsibilities

 * Partner with portal and ITSM product teams to understand releases and organizational impacts.
 * Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments.
 * Build and execute communication/engagement plans using ADKAR.
 * Create targeted communications and training/readiness materials.
 * Coordinate change activities across multiple initiatives.
 * Work with Corporate Marketing & Communications for messaging and approvals.
 * Engage business stakeholders, leaders, champions, and SMEs.
 * Track adoption metrics, feedback, and user sentiment.
 * Provide status reporting, insights, and recommendations.
