This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This individual will work in a production support role aligned to both Global Wealth and Investment Management and Data Analytics, supporting the TIBCO platform (SOA, BPM, and EMS). Support services include incident management, coordination with problem management, constant knowledge building, and the identification and implementation of process improvements including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting.
