## About the Role

* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
 * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
 * Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
 * Strong experience in technical solution design, debugging, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and production support.
 * Hands-on experience with code reviews, engineering standards, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
 * Must be a current hands-on Salesforce Engineer actively involved in coding and technical problem-solving.
 * Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
 * Strong communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.
