 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
 * Lead requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
 * Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical reviews
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
 * Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and action items
 * Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and OnBase training
