## Description

* Supporting Oracle Field Service transformation programs for clients, including process redesign, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption
 * Collaborating across business, technology, and client teams to align priorities and solve complex problems.
 * Leading scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user story development for OFS workstreams.
 * Providing hands-on training and enabling long-term adoption.
 * Analyzing requirements for scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution.
 * Executing cutover activities, deployment readiness, and change enablement.
