## About the Role

* Strong understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and report performance optimization.
 * Experience supporting and maintaining reporting solutions in a business environment.
 * Experience working with data from multiple systems and business domains.
 * Ability to quickly learn complex business processes, datasets, and reporting requirements.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment.
 * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
 * Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and streamline solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting operational readiness, program management, technology, healthcare, or enterprise reporting initiatives.
 * Experience with Azure, Databricks, SharePoint, SQL, or other enterprise data platforms as data sources.
