Education Requirements: * Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master. * Bachelor's degree in business or systems technology. Other fields may be considered. ## Description Our client seeks a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams, improve delivery, and cultivate a transparent and collaborative environment. The role shall facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, support Product Owners with backlog health, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep Agile expertise, strong communication and mentoring skills, and practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
