Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency. * In addition to the education requirement, a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience developing enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos Analytics. * Expert knowledge of: + IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x/12.x) + Framework Manager + Report Authoring + Dashboard Authoring * Strong data modeling experience, including designing and maintaining Framework Manager models, data modules, and enterprise semantic layers. * Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable reporting and data models. * Strong SQL development skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance. * Working knowledge of database programming, including stored procedures, views, functions, and query optimization. * Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise relational databases. * Experience developing interactive dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or a comparable enterprise BI visualization platform. * Strong understanding of Cognos security architecture, LDAP/Active Directory integration, and deployment processes. * Experience troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing enterprise reporting environments. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and mentor junior developers. * Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
