## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
 * Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, ServiceNow, SDLC, UAT, and production support.
 * Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Experience with hardware/device deployments, field operations, or hospitality/travel technology is a plus.
 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Must be Miami-based and able to travel extensively to international destinations as business needs require.

## Description

* Own product backlog, enhancements, and issue tracking using JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW).
 * Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, and business teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Drive resolution of Tier-2 incidents requiring cross-functional coordination.
 * Partner with development teams throughout the SDLC, including testing, release planning, and production support.
 * Serve as the primary contact for vessel deployments, new builds, dry docks, and hardware refresh initiatives.
 * Configure, provision, inventory, and deploy tablets and mobile devices for client operations.
 * Support SIT, UAT, load testing, and Proof of Concept activities.
 * Coordinate and support remote check-in deployments, including device preparation, logistics, and on-site operational support.
