## Description

We're looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to lead cross-functional teams building scalable SaaS products. This hybrid role (Alpharetta, GA office one day/week) blends hands-on technical leadership with people management - you'll drive execution, grow engineering talent, and champion a "you build it, you own it" culture where teams own their systems end-to-end. What You'll Do Lead and grow full-stack engineering teams delivering features using .NET, Angular/React, and AWS
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical ownership
Drive delivery across multiple initiatives, aligning engineering with product goals
Partner with product managers to refine backlogs and prioritize work
Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career growth
Support hiring and onboarding as the team scales
