## About the Role

* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Instructional Technology, and Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
 * Minimum of four (4) years' experience with database applications, preferably in an educational setting.
 * Demonstrates capacity to manage projects, understand and manipulate data, ensure data quality, document data requirements, user procedures and train users.
 * Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
 * Possess working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare or equivalent.
 * Possess strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
 * Ability to use remote software to assist with troubleshooting.
 * Exhibits a personality that demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills that relate well with staff and administration.
 * Must meet all legal, health requirements and physical demands, including criminal history background check, as set forth by State law and/or the Board of Education.
