Preferred Qualifications * Experience with OpenText upgrades, migrations, or platform modernization initiatives. * Experience implementing or supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. * Experience with application monitoring, telemetry, or observability tools. * Familiarity with Azure or cloud technologies. * SQL query writing and database troubleshooting experience. * Experience with file-based integrations and enterprise application interfaces. * Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and technical documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional with strong experience supporting OpenText Content Server, ECM/EDMS platforms, enterprise applications, production environments, and ITIL processes.
