Work Experience and Education: * 7-10 years IT industry experience (Req) * 3-5 years technical leadership in large enterprises (Req) * 2-4 years early career experience as a software developer (Req) * experience in financial services industry (Pref) * High School Diploma Required * Associate Degree * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Required * Master's Degree ## Description The AVP, SRE & DevSecOps leads efforts to improve the reliability, security, and operational excellence of systems and applications across the Digital organization. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of observability, security automation, infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and CI/CD practices. You will define and execute the strategy for these capabilities, partnering closely with product and engineering teams. You will establish meaningful KPIs, improve visibility into system health and performance, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
