## Description

Peraton is looking for a Mid-level Data Scientist to work with the United States Transportation Command's Human Capital Strategy & Analytics Branch (TCJ1-RD) to enhance, develop, and maintain a sustainable data strategy, management, and analytics program., * Apply your knowledge and experience to transform data into actionable information to inform strategic human capital management, enhance labor market analysis for civilian recruitment, improve professional development and skill alignment, and develop initiatives focused on retaining top talent.

 * Deliver data-driven decisional products that support active-duty, Guard and Reserve military members, and civilian employees.
 * Design and implement business intelligence dashboards powered by advanced data science algorithms, including predictive analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other data science methods.
 * Develop and maintain a robust data foundation to ensure the availability of on-demand, analysis-ready human capital data.
 * Analyze data to identify trends and relationships.
 * Map and analyze data across secure and non-classified defense networks.
 * Continuously improve existing tools, making them faster, more effective, accurate, and efficient.
 * Ensure effective communication and collaboration among users, subject matter experts, and leadership.
 * Provide insight and expertise to the team when developing processes to manage the lifecycle of data science tools.
 * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technology trends.
