## About the Role

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented System Engineer(CI/CD) to join our team. Position is desired to be within the commuting distance of JBSA San Antonio, remote candidates will be considered., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering OR a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification.

 * 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
 * Proficiency and hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming.
 * Proven, strong experience with Jenkins for pipeline creation and administration.
 * Demonstrated, hands-on experience designing and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
 * Expert-level experience with Git version control and shell/automation scripting., * Direct experience working within the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), or government defense contracting environments.
 * Familiarity with enterprise deployment automation and CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
 * Formal Jenkins certification (e.g., CloudBees Certified Jenkins Engineer or equivalent CI/CD accreditation).

Clearance Requirements:

 * Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability

## Description

* Architect, build, and maintain robust, automated deployment pipelines, release workflows, and product modules across complex, multi-environment architectures.
 * Leverage DevOps technologies to automate deployment solutions and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure within the Oracle Cloud Environment (OCI).
 * Define automation architecture requirements and establish organizational standards for CI/CD pipeline design, security controls (DevSecOps), and release strategies.
 * Lead research and development projects, mentor technical staff, and ensure all system designs conform to strict quality, performance, and security specifications.
 * Partner with program management to evaluate the technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term viability of continuous delivery plans.
 * Analyze existing products, processes, and delivery channels to recommend high-impact enhancements that improve system reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
 * Interpret business requirements into actionable technical strategies, anticipating potential objections to influence stakeholders toward modern DevOps best practices.
