Desired Qualifications: * Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. * Prior experience with the Customer's domain, including enterprise IT and/or mission support. * Familiarity with and experience using Customer access management, travel, and action planning tools. ## Description The Sponsor has a requirement for a contractor to facilitate a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) class, support the administrative aspects of this course as well as an affiliated course, and assist in the planning and management of an annual COTR Day event. The selected candidate will manage the COTR course which will be delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
