Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - or equivalent work experience 5+ Years of Experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, * 5+ years of hands-on experience managing VMware virtualization environments including vSphere, vCenter, and Dell EMC storage * 3-5 years of experience administering and maintaining a backup platform, preferably Cohesity * Demonstrated ability to assess infrastructure environments, identify improvement opportunities, and lead execution of recommendations * Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert, guiding peers and influencing cross-functional decisions * Proven experience managing infrastructure Incidents and Service Requests via ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow * Experience with Cisco UCS compute infrastructure and LogicMonitor alerting * Experience managing vendor relationships including support escalations and contract renewals * Familiarity with network fundamentals including LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing/switching in a multi-site environment April 9, 2026 3 * Working knowledge of information security practices including vulnerability management and patch compliance * Experience with disaster recovery planning, DR testing, and business continuity procedures * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a 24/7 on-call environment * Comfort operating in an AI-forward organization and interest in evolving infrastructure practices to support automation and AI-driven tooling ## Description The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is Denali Advanced Integration's hands-on technical authority for enterprise infrastructure. This role owns the full lifecycle of the infrastructure environment including VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS compute, Dell EMC storage, and Cohesity backup systems across the primary datacenter and secondary sites. Beyond day-to-day operations, this person is expected to assess the current state of the environment, identify gaps and risks, recommend modernization and improvement strategies, and lead execution of those initiatives.
