Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead cross-functional technical teams. ## Description Lead the end-to-end implementation and data remediation for a brand-new enterprise policy administration system. Develop complex SQL queries to extract data, troubleshoot defects, and support development testing efforts. Construct detailed functional specifications, system use cases, and transformation mapping documents. Orchestrate all phases of the SDLC to deliver critical data warehouse and compliance reporting projects. Formulate comprehensive test plans and execute robust unit, integration, and performance testing. Administer defect tracking tools to log, assign, and drive complex data anomalies to final resolution. Analyze business requirements to provide accurate technical work effort estimates to IT project managers.
