They play a critical role as a link between multiple scrum teams, facilitating communication, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams involved in the ART are focused on successful delivery., * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field. * 4+ years' experience in a Release Train Engineer role; or 5+ years' experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Program Manager title. * Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams in delivering quality software. * Experience using ALM tools preferred; Rally or Target process experience is a plus. * Position requires minimum 2 days / wk in-office; candidates must live in metropolitan area of job location.
