Qualifications We Prefer * Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery, Backup systems and methods. * Red Hat Satellite 6 Identity organization management. * Strong communication and analytical skills to be able to troubleshoot issues. * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Superb planning and organizational skills. * Adaptability and multi-tasking; experience working in a fast-moving environment. ## Description * Provide infrastructure server support for a variety of SSO tools such as PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, SiteMinder, Revere Proxy, and new emerging technologies. * Collaborate with cross-functional team to deploy systems for SSO solutions. * Assist with troubleshooting of user issues related to SSO infrastructure and software systems. * Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts as needed. * Understand and work with the team to resolve technical and non-technical problems. * Participate in production support for any incidents. * Identify and communicate risks/issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes. * Follow precise processes and procedures to ensure compliance with RTX security policies, server hardening, government requirements, industry standards, and internal organizational mandates. * This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
