 * Serve as a point of contact for external IT service providers while developing contracts and establishing policies and best practices related to data and systems.
 * Evaluate new technologies, recommend IT solutions, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and user experience.
 * Manage technology services, such as mobile devices and email systems.
 * Facilitate staff training in cybersecurity and data protection.
 * Maintain websites, portals, databases, and cloud-based communications platforms.
 * Ensure compliance with technology policies and regulations.
 * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
