Experience in StratOps, general program management or Chief of Staff responsibilities. * Ability to work with C-suite and executive leaders, with excellent influencing and communication skills. * Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, with excellent problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated track record of building highly effective relationships, cross-functional executive stakeholder management and leadership through influence. * Exceptional executive communication skills, with a proven ability to organize complex information into clear, data-driven recommendations for executive leadership. ## Description * Manage projects across the Engineering portfolio, deliver executive level briefing. Prepare VPs for critical customer meetings and speaking engagements. Collaborate cross-functionally with our partners. * Drive the end-to-end budget lifecycle for the organization, including annual planning, performance reporting, and spend optimization. Serve as a liaison to Finance partners, tracking commitments and delivering actionable insights to leadership. * Own the integrity of the organization's headcount data. Track hiring progress, attrition, transfers, and open headcount. Partner with hiring managers to align hiring with budget availability and goal allocations. * Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key metrics such as budget health and hiring velocity. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify process bottlenecks and present recommendations to GCS leadership.
