This position plays a critical role in protecting MDA personnel, facilities, and assets by managing access control operations, screening visitors, monitoring facility security, and supporting emergency response activities. * The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical government operations, interact with a diverse workforce, and contribute directly to the safety and security of MDA facilities across the enterprise., * High School Diploma or GED required. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. * Must possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and Red Cross First Aid certifications. * Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with employees, visitors, customers, and government personnel. * Ability to follow established security procedures, policies, and operational requirements. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, or federal government facilities. * Experience in access control, security operations, visitor management, or physical security programs. * Experience using badge systems, screening technologies, or access control equipment. * Experience responding to emergency situations and security incidents. * Previous military, law enforcement, or security experience. .
