 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experience interpreting data and using insights to identify operational issues and trends.
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

## Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations and operational support.
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and autonomous vehicle system issues using telemetry and diagnostic data.
 * Escalate unresolved technical concerns to engineering and higher-level support teams to ensure timely resolution.
 * Document troubleshooting activities, findings, and resolutions within Jira to support continuous improvement efforts.
 * Analyze historical fleet data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for preventive action.
