WHAT SETS YOU APART * Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs OIT or another large, complex Federal IT organization. * Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, enterprise automation/orchestration, DevSecOps, and Git-based delivery models. * Familiarity with Terraform/HashiCorp, Ansible, Red Hat/OpenShift, VMware, ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, CyberArk, Splunk, and Dynatrace. * Working knowledge of Federal RMF/ATO, NIST 800-37/800-53, FISMA, Zero Trust, FICAM/PIV, and Section 508 requirements. * Experience establishing enterprise governance models, KPIs, executive dashboards, risk registers, and continuous-improvement programs. * Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption across enterprise infrastructure teams. ## Description Iron Bow is seeking an experienced Program ManagerIn this role, you will serve as the senior contractor leader and primary point of accountability for the successful delivery of a complex, enterprise-wide infrastructure automation and modernization program supporting VA OIT. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for advancing VA's centralized infrastructure automation capabilities across hybrid environments, including on-premises data centers, private infrastructure, and VA Enterprise Cloud environments. This role requires strong Federal program leadership, technical program management, and the ability to bring multiple technical workstreams together to reduce technical debt, configuration drift, security exposure, manual processes, and infrastructure delivery timelines. This position is primarily remote/Contractor facility-based, with travel and onsite support at VA locations as required.
