## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, or master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Solution Testing, or Test Automation.
 * Programming experience in Python or Java skills and experience in UI/API automation (Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, REST Assured).
 * Experience in enterprise networking (TCP/IP, L2/L3, routing/switching) and integrated solution testing.
 * Experience with Linux/Unix, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Splunk, and CI/CD automation., * Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or no-code testing.
 * CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking experience; Wireshark expertise.
 * Experience with Cisco products and enterprise platforms, including device configurations, telemetry, data pipelines, and end-to-end customer workflows.
 * Experience testing complex end-to-end customer and network workflows.
 * Technical leadership, mentoring, and experience driving test strategy and release quality.

## Description

Design, script, and execute comprehensive load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers to ensure system reliability. Develop and maintain detailed test plans and automation documentation to enable reproducibility. Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize performance scripts. Diagnose complex performance bottlenecks across Linux servers, networking hardware, and AWS infrastructure. Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines to establish continuous performance guardrails and provide actionable insights to development teams. Your success will be measured by improved system performance, early detection of regressions, and enhanced customer experience.
