## About the Role

2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience

Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts

Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy POS Experience

Experience supporting Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, or VMware environments

Basic scripting experience with PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation

## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support for end users across hardware, software, networking, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve service requests, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining SLAs.
