 * Propose and implement meaningful improvements to our architecture and design patterns
 * Collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into user-facing experiences
 * Continuously ship new features and improvements in an environment deploying 100+ times per day
 * Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integration
 * Balance speed and quality while iterating quickly on production systems
