Personal Protective Equipment: * Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. ## Description As a Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of programs within the new Center for Cardiovascular Genomics. This role involves planning, developing, and maintaining systems and procedures, serving as a liaison between the department and external stakeholders, and providing coaching and mentorship within the team. Working closely with the Director and senior leadership, the Program Manager will support infrastructure development, personnel onboarding, and daily operations to ensure the center's programs run efficiently and effectively. This position is instrumental in building the center's infrastructure, onboarding personnel, and facilitating day-to-day operations.
