Reporting into our Senior Director of E-commerce and in partnership with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for assessing, redesigning what needs redesigning, and building governance around NetSuite that will establish future success of our ERP infrastructure. This is a system architecture and ownership role: you'll evaluate what we have, define what we need, and build toward it. You will still help manage day-to-day issues, support end users, and be the internal expert that our teams rely on., * Develop a roadmap for optimization and redesign by conducting a thorough assessment of the current NetSuite environment through customizations, integrations, and technical debt * Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, RESTlets), workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation * Consult with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Wholesale to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions * Own end to end system integrations (Shopify, Celigo, WMS, EDI, and others) through monitoring, error handling, and recovery * Build durable practices by establishing and enforcing ERP systems governance: script deployment standards, sandbox and release management, API concurrency management, change control, and documentation * Partner with Finance and Accounting on close automation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls * Design user-friendly interfaces and functionality through custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches so that non-technical teams can self-serve with confidence * Manage external implementation partners and consultants effectively: scope their work clearly, hold them accountable, and progressively reduce our dependency on them * Provide training, support, and documentation that makes ERP systems knowledge durable rather than tribal * Serve as the escalation point for ERP systems incidents by diagnosing root causes and building fixes that hold, not patches that buy time * Own budgeting and forecasting for the ERP stack, evaluating new tools as our needs evolve ## Related Videos - [Serverless: Past, Present and Future](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/34-serverless-past-present-and-future) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - Markdown, Liquid and Checkouts](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1814-wearedevelopers-live-markdown-liquid-and-checkouts) - [Launching a marketplace on-time: A lesson in taking shortcuts using spreadsheets!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/477-launching-a-marketplace-on-time-a-lesson-in-taking-shortcuts-using-spreadsheets) - [Teini - an extremely small webshop leveraging awesome and free tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/286-teini-an-extremely-small-webshop-leveraging-awesome-and-free-tech) - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [Beyond Webhooks: The Future of Scalable API Event Delivery](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100312-beyond-webhooks-the-future-of-scalable-api-event-delivery) ## Related Articles - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Making Data Warehouses Fast: A Developer’s Story](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/107-making-data-warehouses-fast-a-developer-s-story) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Why Upskilling And Reskilling is Important For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/428-why-upskilling-and-reskilling-is-important-for-developers) - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers)
